A equipe é muito simpática e a praia que fica ao lado do hotel é ótima! Apesar de o hotel ser distante do centro, está ao lado de bons restaurantes.
O uarto é confrtável, mas o chuveiro é ruim, tem pouca pressão na água. Os horários do restaurante da piscina e do jantar não são cômodos. Os dois encerram muito cedo.

A localização perfeita para quem escolhe Ibiza para relaxar e recarregar energias, uma praia excepcional mesmo á porta e rodeada de bons restaurantes. Funcionários 5 estrelas, quer seja no bar, no serviço de quartos ou no restaurante.
Espero que encarem como critica construtiva, os funcionários da recepção podiam estar um pouco mais atentos aos nossos pedidos, por duas vezes comuniquei com o hotel a pedir cama queen size, foi sempre respondido que havia poucas camas e nem sempre podiam satisfazer o pedido, mas que iam fazer todos os possiveis, no check-in nem uma palavra sobre o assunto e quando chego ao quarto tenho cama dupla, penso que poderão fazer um pouco mais, nem que seja explicar ao cliente á chegada que realmente não deu. Hotel excelente mas a precisar já de algumas remodelações, principalmente no Restaurante.

Repouso e tranquilidade do lugar e praia.
Alimentação, localização com a praia em frente, limpeza.
O horário de jantar é pouco alargado. Das 18.30h às 21.00h, acho demasiado cedo na abertura e muito cedo no fecho. Não gostei da funcionária que recebe os hóspedes no jantar. Às 20.58h, fechou a porta do restaurante, já de casaco vestido, mala à tiracolo e com um prato com comida tapado com um guardanapo na mão e ter abandonado a sala, tendo a mesma sido fechada antes da hora, ainda com hóspedes a acabar de jantar. As pessoas têm de acabar a refeição à pressa, com a pressa da funcionária a ir embora!
